Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By signing up for a membership (including direct debit or packages), or by attending any class or using any service—whether paid or complimentary—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of Mouv Haus and its services immediately.
Mouv Haus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When changes are made, reasonable efforts will be taken to notify you. Any revised Terms will become effective as soon as they are published.
We recommend that you retain a copy of these Terms for your records before continuing.

Mouv Haus is dedicated to supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of all clients attending the studio. Before participating in any class or service, you must inform both the studio and your instructor of any relevant health concerns, including injuries, illnesses, pregnancy, medical conditions, or anything that could impact your ability to exercise safely.
We strongly encourage all clients to seek professional medical advice prior to commencing classes. Participation in any activity offered by Mouv Haus—whether in-studio, online, or at events—is undertaken at your own risk.
By attending classes, sessions, online programs, or community and retreat offerings, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have either received medical clearance or have determined that you are fit to exercise. You acknowledge that Mouv Haus instructors and staff are not qualified to provide medical advice regarding your personal health.
You accept full responsibility for disclosing any changes or relevant information about your health. Failure to do so, which may result in injury, illness, or other complications, remains your responsibility and not that of Mouv Haus. Any personal information you provide will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Any online purchase or booking confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Mouv Haus reserves the right to make changes to the class schedules, opening hours, membership pricing and instructors at any time, with reasonable notice periods given to clients

During your membership period, your account can be placed on hold for number of weeks and payments will be frozen during this time. these are to be done in 1-week increments, for a maximum of two consecutive weeks per freeze, and a total of 6 weeks per year. Mouv Haus requires 7 business days written notice of a ‘Pause’ period – sent to info@mouvhaus.com

A two week notice period is required to cancel any membership. Memberships can be cancelled at anytime and are not bound to a “lock in period”
Memberships auto renew weekly until notice to cancel has been received by email to – info@mouvhaus.com

Allowance of sessions on memberships do not roll over from week to week. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule their own classes using the Mind Body app taking into consideration small class size means securing a spot for preferred times is the clients responsibility. Members must provide 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class. If they do not give this sufficient notice, or they do not show for a booked class the class will be debited from their weekly allowance of sessions or member package.

Our membership packages, class packages, casual classes and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes are not rolled over to the next period. If a customer is unsatisfied with the services provided by Mouv Haus or believes that they may be entitled to a refund, then Pilates & Co requires the customer to contact us directly via info@mouvhaus.com outlining why you believe you are entitled to a refund attached any medical certificates if relevant so we are able to adequately respond to your request. Please note that a refund made under these circumstances will incur a 10% charge on the amount refunded to cover admin and any direct debit fees

Puncuality : arrive 5-10 minutes early, please wait until the class prior is finished before entering the studio floor.
Phones: please turn Phones to 'Silent’ Mode before entering the studio
Shoes: please remove shoes before entering the studio floor , they can be removed and stowed in lockers once you have arrived and checked in for class
Towels : sweat towels are required for hygiene and health purposes. Please assist with wipe down of mats and equipment after each class
Food and drinks : please ensure water bottles are tightly closed to avoid spilage of drinks, no food is allowed on the studio floor and preferably not in reception either .
